Add a defect.
Provide as much information as you can.
If not sure about environment, version or severity asked other member of the team.
A fill of the important information to add is:
- Steps to reproduce
- Screenshots
- Video if you can

- Windows Snipping Tool

Once you save you can close the popup window.
With the defect assigned to the person of interest to solved the issue, once is fixed will be assigned back to you for re-test and completion of the test, that’s when you can close the issue if fixed or agreed to close.
