Desccription: Technical Support Engineer – 2nd / 3rd Line required for my client based in St Albans for a permanent role, salary £28-35K.

My client are seeking an all round Technical Support Engineer to join their internal IT Support team.

You will work alongside the IT Manager providing 2nd / 3rd Line support to a geographically dispersed user base (circa (Apply online only) users).

Essential skills required:

· Server (Apply online only)
· VMware / Hyper-V
· Office 13-19 / 365
· AD – GPO
· Networking
· General Desktop Support duties

Desirable skills:

· Advanced Networking – Firewalls
· SAN / NAS Storage
· PowerShell
· Telephony – PBX / Hosted
· Mimecast

You will need to drive and have your own vehicle as there will be occasional travel to other sites required.

Hours of work are 8am-5pm / 8:30am-5:30pm (40 hours per week).
