I am working with a highly reputable IT Services organisation who has a UK wide customer to assist them with the recruitment of a Technical Account Manager. You'd be working for a company who are almost overly passionate about the customer journey and customer success.
As a Technical Account Manager you'd be responsible for managing aspects of presales and post sales activities and the overall relationship with the customer. You will work closely with the sales and business account management teams, to assist winning new business and retaining existing customers. You will provide outstanding technical services and consultancy before and after the sale.
You will work closely with new and existing customers to identify required services and support customers to make effective use of these services. You will perform customer onboarding meetings and ensure that the customer's business model and infrastructure is understood.
You will liaise regularly with customers and consistently hold review meetings, to ensure the service offering is in line with the customer's needs and future requirements.
This role has come about due to further expansion and the desire to provide unparalleled levels of Service for all their clients. Your customer base would be the North West, and as such we are looking for an individual living in the Manchester or Lancashire area. The position offers flexible working and working from home when required. There will be some elements of traveling to customer sites, but the travel is not extensive.
We are looking for a candidate who has ideally worked within IT Solutions or an MSP environment before, and has a good technical understanding across IT Infrastructure / IT Support.
This is great time to join this company in a brand new role. The salary banding is open, as we'd like to see candidates with various amounts of experience to bring to the role. If you're good at what you do, then you will be paid appropriately. There's even a nice bonus scheme in place, despite this not being a revenue based targeted role.
