Desccription: Senior Project Manager – Building Design – Facilities Management
·Up to £60,000 + Excellent Package
·Perm or Fixed Term
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a Senior Project Manager with skills in Construction Design and Management.

The role and responsibilities;
·Preparation and presentation of business cases, development and design briefs in accordance with the agreed project Process to ensure that all works are approved before funds are committed.
·Preparation and delivery of written periodic project reports relating to: feasibility, risks, project plan, proposals, progress, and forecasting.
·Preparation of risk registers and subsequent management of the agreed mitigation/ management strategy.
·Tender and procure consultants, contractors and equipment services to agreed project plan and in accordance with procurement procedures and processes.
·Preparation of specifications, drawings and tender documents including compliant tendering and obtaining statutory approvals.
·Monitor and report periodically on budgets and cash flow to ensure project costs are kept within budget and best value is achieved to the business case or better.
·Review, comment and challenge commercial and technical documentation.
·Project close out including sign off and facilitating lessons learnt workshops and recommendations for future project management.
·Responsible for ensuring standards and project administration are adhered to by the project team including processes and procedures required to provide compliant and Industry best practice.


·Subject matter expert in Project Management provision with a track record of delivering similar requirements at an operational and strategic level.
·Demonstrate experience and understanding of current Health & Safety requirements including Construction Design and Management, H&SaWA.
·Commercial ability, business acumen, including preparation management and control of budgets.
·Experience of writing business/ management reports including business cases and strategic papers.
·Experience of engaging, negotiating with and influencing decision makers within an organisation.
·Track record and experience in leading a multidisciplinary Project team.
·Ability to lead with strength and credibility, demonstrate authority and accountability for actions, decisions and effective functioning of the team.
·People management experience including the coaching and development of team members

Salary Type: Annum

Salary: £55000 – £60000/annum
