The Senior/Digital Marketing Executive will be a key member of the Revenue Team. With a focus on brand awareness and lead generation, they will contribute across 3 areas:


– Designing and delivering measurable campaigns across a range of channels for our target segements


– Creating engaging and consistent content for web, social, email and wider promotional activities 


– Maintaining a reporting suite to demonstrate impact and return on investment across all marketing activities

The Senior Marketing Executive will need to bring structure, resilience and enthusiasm to the role. They will work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Activities and duties:

Market assessment –

Drawing upon existing insight and collating additional information to establish a deep understanding of the addressable markets for the company 

Campaign design –

Developing engaging and impactful campaigns, that drive growth in target market segments

Campaign delivery –

Delivering integrated campaigns, with a range of tactics across a range of promotional channels, including:
‐        Web (PPC and SEO)
‐        Social media
‐        Advertising
‐        PR
‐        Events
‐        Others

Progress reporting –

Creating and updating reports and insights to demonstrate performance of individual tactics and campaigns, including engagement and ROI

Case studies –

Working with market-facing teams to collate impactful and relevant case studies for use throughout the buying cycle.

Competitor analysis

– Identifying and sharing the strengths and weaknesses of competitor offerings and marketing activities.




– Identifying and implementing new marketing approaches to drive growth.


Maintaining care sector awareness and appreciation, staying up to date with relevant trends and changes in the sector.

Embracing a culture of continuous business improvement and self-development including any training needs to increase business and individual effectiveness.

Demonstrating the ethos of privacy by design within the company’s products and services; recognising at all times the company’s responsibilities with regard to maintaining and processing personal data on behalf of the company’s customers and their care receivers / data subjects.

Solid understanding of marketing principles

Strong verbal and written communication

Reporting across web, email, social and other channels

Familiar with CRM and campaign scheduling software

Project management skills

Market research, including competitor analysis

Proven B2B marketing experience

Creative design and experience of design packages


Marketing qualification

Experience of Pardot, Salesforce and Google Analytics


Copy writing

Video editing

Event Management


Salary 30 -35k
