Desccription: The Product Planning team within the Research and Development organization is looking for an experienced Process Controller. This team provides intelligence and planning for our products including Globalization, Cross functional Product Management & Business intelligence, and in doing so provides the platform to drive an exceptional customer experience and power revenue growth.

As IFS continues to scale as a leader in Business Applications, the scope of our efforts requires an organised coordinator to manage processes, projects, systems, 3rd parties, and manage internal queries to ensure the Product planning function runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

•Managing 3rd party contracts and interaction to ensure processes, inputs and outputs are optimised.

•Internal query support including tagging, communicating, planning queues/owners and responding directly where applicable.

•Working with internal technical teams to ensure good communications and milestones are delivered

•Working with data files and systems which transfer data files, with an ability to identify and correct errors if they arise

•Working directly with the translations team on their process reengineering project

•Working with the Product Management team on internal communications and events
