Cooper Lomaz are working with a growing Support Services provider who are seeking a quality and not speed driven individual who will ensure the quality of service is maintained as their client base grows. This is an opportunity for an individual who is a team players, quality focused and working towards gaining a
significant depth and breadth of skills.

An important element of our clients offering is a highly effective Service Management Process- this incorporates monitoring tools and helpdesk and all members of the team use this system on a day-to-day basis promoting fast and effective problem resolution at first point of contact. Typically, the individual will work on a customer site under the supervision of an IT Manager providing 1st and 2nd line support to the customer base. Workload will vary from helpdesk generated issue resolution through to deployment of projects under the supervision of a Project Manager. Applicants will have the ability to communicate with both business and technical users alike and uoi will have professionalism and prior experience working to a 1st and 2nd line level.

Ideally the person will have commercial IT Support experience and will now be looking to continue to develop their skills in a fast growing and ambitious company. The person will need to have solid IT experience and to be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in some key areas. The person will ideally have a good understanding of Microsoft based cloud applications and a appreciation of the processes, considerations and practical issues associated with maintaining and supporting a range of IT solutions is essential.

The successful applicant may need to undergo an enhanced DBS check as some clients are in the education sector.
