Graduate Account Manager Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £25,000
Y1 OTE of up to £35,000

Graduate Account Manager Role:

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with both existing and prospect clients
Identify and profile potential clients within your allocated target accounts, reaching out via the phone and other mediums to create and develop interest in the company
Manage an existing base of client accounts, scheduling regular contact to build business relationships, customer satisfaction and determine room for upsell & cross sell opportunities
Communicate with clients over any queries regarding the company offering, and support them with contract renewals in line with company targets
Create allocated account plans to identify areas of growth
Organise meetings with new and existing account contacts in order to introduce them to and demonstrate the software systems
Graduate Account Manager Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
An attitude to learn and work hard
Organised, with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Team player, who can also work autonomously
