Description: 2nd Line Support Engineer – 3 months – Goole – (inside IR35)

I am currently working with a longstanding customer who has a requirement for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them at the office in the Goole area.

The successful 2nd line Support Engineer will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to demonstrate recent hands-on experience with the below technologies.

Key Skills and experience

Extensive experience providing 1st Line and 2nd Line support
Active Directory / Azure AD
Ivanti / MobileIron / Intune /SCCM / Mobile Device Management 
Office 365 / Windows 10
Windows and Apple Device Support
Desirable: EPOS Device Support
Excellent communication skills
